VerifyChinaX provides independent China-side supplier verification, sourcing research, factory verification, and inspection coordination support for overseas buyers who need clearer evidence before choosing suppliers, ordering samples, paying deposits, starting production, or releasing shipment balance.
What we do
We prepare practical supplier background checks, Alibaba / 1688 supplier research, sourcing reports, RFQ comparison reports, product risk reports, sample sourcing coordination, remote video verification, on-site factory verification, and pre-shipment inspection coordination.
How we work
We work on a project basis with fixed service fees where possible. Deliverables are sent digitally in English. Extra project costs such as travel, courier fees, testing, translation, or third-party inspection are quoted separately before work begins.
Independent by design
VerifyChinaX does not resell supplier products, add hidden product markups, or take undisclosed supplier commissions. Our role is to help buyers make better-informed decisions before money moves.
Who we support
We support importers, Amazon sellers, DTC brands, wholesalers, distributors, engineering teams, procurement managers, and founders who need China-side evidence before committing to a supplier or production decision.
Important boundaries
Our reports and coordination services are decision-support tools, not supplier guarantees, legal advice, customs advice, or tax advice. Final supplier selection, payment, production, shipping, and import decisions remain with the buyer.
