Order FAQ — How to Choose a Service and Request a Quote

This page explains how to start a supplier check, sourcing review, quote comparison, sample coordination, factory verification, or inspection coordination request with VerifyChinaX.

I do not know which service to choose. What should I do?

Send your supplier link, product photos, quotation, PI, Alibaba page, 1688 link, screenshots, or main concern first. We can review your request and suggest the most suitable service scope before paid work starts.

Can I send supplier links before paying?

Yes. For unclear cases, send basic supplier and product information first. We will confirm whether the case fits Supplier Background Check, Supplier Comparison & RFQ Report, Product Risk Report, Sample Sourcing & Coordination, Factory Verification, or a custom project.

What information should I send?

  • Supplier name, website, Alibaba link, 1688 link, Made-in-China page, company name, or contact card.
  • Product photos, product link, model number, material, size, color, function, accessories, or packaging expectation.
  • Quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, payment account, sample quote, mold fee quote, packaging quote, or chat screenshots.
  • Your current stage: before supplier selection, sample payment, mold fee, deposit, production, inspection, or shipment.
  • Your main concern: supplier identity, factory claim, quote comparison, product version, payment-name consistency, packaging, sample, quality, or inspection.
  • Your target quantity, destination market, sales channel, deadline, and expected launch date.

Can I share my own budget?

Yes. You can ask us to quote, or you can share your expected budget / target price range first. Similar to freelance platforms such as Upwork, buyers may send an expected price range and we can explain what can realistically be covered within that budget.

Example: “My expected budget is around USD 200 for this supplier review. Please let me know what can be covered.”

Do I need to pay before you review everything?

Paid work starts only after the scope, fee, and timeline are confirmed. Before that, we can review your basic request to decide which service type fits. Detailed supplier checking, report writing, coordination, or verification work requires payment first.

How do I start an order?

  1. Send your supplier, product, quote, PI, screenshots, or main concern.
  2. Tell us your current decision stage.
  3. Ask us to quote, or provide your expected budget.
  4. We confirm the service scope, price, timeline, and required materials.
  5. You pay through the agreed service link or custom quotation.
  6. We start the agreed work after payment confirmation.

What do I receive after payment?

Deliverables depend on the service purchased. You may receive a supplier background summary, sourcing report, quote comparison table, product risk notes, sample coordination summary, video verification notes, on-site verification summary, or inspection coordination summary.

Reports and notes are written for buyer-side decision support. They identify visible issues, missing information, and recommended next questions.

Will you contact suppliers?

For some services, yes, if supplier communication is included in the agreed scope. For other services, we may only review documents, links, screenshots, and available information. The communication scope should be confirmed before payment.

Can you negotiate price with suppliers?

We can help organize quote questions and clarify supplier terms when included in the scope. We do not guarantee price reductions, supplier acceptance, or final commercial terms.

Are you a trading company or supplier?

No. VerifyChinaX works for the buyer side. We are not a supplier, product reseller, trading company, or hidden middleman. We do not add product margins and do not take supplier-side commissions.

Do you guarantee the supplier is safe?

No. We help reduce sourcing blind spots by checking visible information, documents, supplier replies, product details, and practical risk signals. We do not guarantee supplier honesty, legal status, production quality, delivery, refund success, or future cooperation.

Do you guarantee product quality or compliance?

No. Product quality, testing, certification, import compliance, platform compliance, and final sales-channel responsibility remain with the buyer and relevant professional parties. Inspection and review services can reduce blind spots, but they do not guarantee every unit or every compliance issue.

Who pays the supplier?

Usually the buyer pays the supplier directly. VerifyChinaX charges a service fee for buyer-side support only. If any third-party fee, travel cost, sample fee, courier fee, testing fee, or inspection fee is needed, it should be confirmed separately before work starts.

What if my budget is lower than the full scope?

We may suggest a smaller review scope, such as checking one supplier instead of several suppliers, or reviewing visible documents before deeper coordination. We do not overpromise work that cannot reasonably fit the budget.
