Service Delivery (Digital Reports & Documents)
VerifyChinaX provides professional verification, audit, and sourcing services. All deliverables — including verification reports, audit findings, and sourcing summaries — are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes by Service:
- Supplier Verification: 3–5 business days
- Factory Audit Report: 5–7 business days
- Supplier Background Check: 3–5 business days
- Quality Inspection Report: 5–7 business days
- Remote Factory Tour: Scheduled within 2–3 business days
- Product Sourcing: 5–10 business days
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in China.
Order Confirmation
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with next steps and any required intake information (e.g., supplier name, factory address, product details).
Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by incomplete or inaccurate supplier/factory information, factory non-cooperation or access restrictions, or public holidays in China (e.g., Chinese New Year, Golden Week). We will notify you promptly if a delay is anticipated.
No Physical Shipment
As a service-based business, no physical goods are shipped. All reports and deliverables are provided in PDF or digital format.
