We are not a trading middleman

We are not a supplier, product reseller, or hidden trading company. We do not add product price margins and we do not take supplier-side commissions.

We work for the buyer

Our role is to help buyers review supplier information, compare quote details, check product-version clarity, organize sample communication, and identify visible sourcing risks before payment, samples, first orders, or shipment release.

Transparent service fee only

Clients pay VerifyChinaX for defined service work. Product costs, sample fees, courier fees, travel, testing, translation, third-party inspection, and other project expenses are separate and confirmed before work begins.

Decision support, not guarantees

Our work helps reduce information gaps, but it cannot guarantee supplier performance, product compliance, production results, or shipment outcomes. Clients remain responsible for final supplier selection, payment decisions, contract terms, and import requirements.
