VerifyChinaX provides supplier review, factory verification, sourcing support, quality inspection coordination, factory video review, and related China-side project support for overseas buyers.

Inspection Standards

Where applicable, quality inspection support may be arranged or referenced based on agreed inspection criteria, product specifications, client checklists, and commonly used international sampling practices such as AQL-based inspection levels.

For general consumer goods, clients may request inspection criteria such as AQL 2.5 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects, subject to the product category, order quantity, buyer requirements, and final written confirmation before inspection.

Important Limitations

VerifyChinaX does not automatically certify that every supplier, factory, product, or shipment complies with all international laws, product safety rules, customs rules, certification requirements, or industry-specific standards.

Final inspection scope, defect classification, sample size, acceptance criteria, test requirements, and reporting format must be confirmed before work begins.

Client Responsibility

Clients remain responsible for confirming product compliance, import regulations, certification requirements, contract terms, payment decisions, and final supplier selection in their target market.
